every jar and bottle is still handmade by our small team using pure, intentional ingredients — no water fillers, no shortcuts. we’ve been crafting them the same thoughtful way for 19 years, and it’s the stories from our customers — calmer skin, smoother texture, less dryness, fewer bumps — that keep us going.

because we are a small business and handcraft everything in limited batches:
• requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
• customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• original shipping charges are non-refundable
• limited edition or seasonal products are final sale
• products must not be nearly empty
• gift cards are non-refundable
we ask that you contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
damaged or incorrect orders
please inspect your order when it arrives.
if something was damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, contact us within 15 days with a photo and we will absolutely make it right.

because our products are made with real, natural ingredients:
