every hellomellow order is packed by our small team in eagle, idaho.

orders typically leave our studio within 5–7 business days. once your order ships, delivery usually takes another 3–5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is on the way.

shipping rates

orders $75 and over ship free.

orders under $75 ship for a flat $9.99.

a little note about timing

because we make and pack our products in small batches, processing time and carrier transit time are separate. during especially busy seasons, weather events or carrier delays, delivery may take a little longer.
