- Pat Dry Your Skin: After your shower, gently pat your skin dry with a towel, leaving it slightly damp. This helps to lock in moisture when you apply the body butter.
- Warm the Butter in Your Hands: Scoop a small amount* of hellomellow body butter and warm it between your palms. This will make it easier to spread and absorb into your skin.
- Full Body Application: Start by massaging the body butter onto your skin using circular motions. Begin with larger areas like your arms, legs, and torso. The circular motions help stimulate circulation and ensure even distribution.
- Focus on Rough Areas: Pay extra attention to rougher areas such as your elbows, knees, and heels. These spots tend to be drier and can benefit greatly from the nourishing properties of avocado and mango butter. Apply a bit more body butter to these areas and massage thoroughly until fully absorbed.
- Absorbs Quickly: Give your skin a few moments to absorb the body butter before getting dressed. This allows the rich nutrients to penetrate deeply, leaving your skin feeling soft, hydrated, and rejuvenated. Because hellomellow absorbs quickly, you'll never feel sticky.

At hellomellow, we choose not to include water in our formulations for a few key reasons.
